The embodiment of the present application relates to the technical field of displays. Disclosed are an organic light-emitting diode device and a manufacturing method therefor, a display panel (40) and a display device (200). The organic light-emitting diode device comprises: a cathode (11), an anode (13) and an organic light-emitting layer (12), wherein the organic light-emitting layer (12) comprises an organic light-emitting unit (122), the organic light-emitting unit (122) comprises a plurality of organic light-emitting molecules (1224) having the magnetic anisotropy, the organic light-emitting molecules (1224) are arranged parallelly on a light-exiting surface (1222) of the organic light-emitting unit (122). The organic light-emitting molecules (1224) arranged parallel to the light-exiting surface (1222) of the organic light-emitting unit (122) can facilitate light extraction, thus improving the current efficiency of an organic light-emitting diode device.

Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des affichages. L'invention concerne un dispositif à diodes électroluminescentes organiques et son procédé de fabrication, un panneau d'affichage (40) et un dispositif d'affichage (200). Le dispositif à diodes électroluminescentes organiques comprend : une cathode (11), une anode (13) et une couche électroluminescente organique (12), la couche électroluminescente organique (12) comprenant une unité électroluminescente organique (122), l'unité électroluminescente organique (122) comprend une pluralité de molécules électroluminescentes organiques (1224) ayant l'anisotropie magnétique, les molécules électroluminescentes organiques (1224) étant disposées parallèlement sur une surface de sortie de lumière (1222) de l'unité électroluminescente organique (122). Les molécules électroluminescentes organiques (1224) disposées parallèlement à la surface de sortie de lumière (1222) de l'unité électroluminescente organique (122) peuvent faciliter l'extraction de lumière, améliorant ainsi le rendement en courant d'un dispositif à diodes électroluminescentes organiques.
