The present invention relates to a liquid casting resin composition for an ultra-high voltage device, which composition comprises a resin and a filler, wherein the filler is a spherical silicon micropowder; the filler accounts for 71%-80% of the mass percentage of the liquid casting resin composition; the specific surface area of the spherical silicon micropowder is between 0.4-2.5 m2/g; the spherical silicon micropowder comprises an activated spherical silica powder, the surface of which has been treated by a silane coupling agent; the mass percentage of the activated spherical silica powder in the spherical silicon micropowder is not less than 79%; and the silane coupling agent is a polar silane coupling agent. According to the liquid casting resin composition of the present invention, an appropriate filler proportion can be set according to different thermal expansion coefficients of inserts in a device to be cast, to obtain a resin composition with a specific expansion coefficient, so that an electrical device obtained by casting, such as a solid-sealed polar pole, has an excellent cracking resistance.

La présente invention concerne une composition de résine de coulée liquide pour un dispositif ultra-haute tension, laquelle composition comprend une résine et une charge, la charge étant une micro-poudre de silicium sphérique ; la charge représente 71 à 80 % du pourcentage en masse de la composition de résine de coulée liquide ; la surface spécifique de la micro-poudre de silicium sphérique est comprise entre 0,4 et 2,5 m2/g ; la micro-poudre de silicium sphérique comprend une poudre de silice sphérique activée, dont la surface a été traitée par un agent de couplage silane ; le pourcentage en masse de la poudre de silice sphérique activée dans la micro-poudre de silicium sphérique n'est pas inférieur à 79 % ; et l'agent de couplage silane est un agent de couplage silane polaire. Dans la composition de résine de coulée liquide de la présente invention, une proportion de charge appropriée peut être définie en fonction des différents coefficients de dilatation thermique d'inserts dans un dispositif à couler, afin d'obtenir une composition de résine présentant un coefficient de dilatation spécifique, de telle sorte qu'un dispositif électrique obtenu par coulée, tel qu'une borne polaire scellée à l'état solide, présente une excellente résistance à la fissuration.
