The present disclosure relates to the technical field of communications, and relates to a downlink channel monitoring method, a terminal, a base station and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a control signal, and acquiring the target cell range of the control signal, the target cell range being used for determining a target cell made effective by the control signal; determining a target downlink channel of the target cell according to the target cell range; and monitoring the target downlink channel according to the control signal. Provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure is a manner for monitoring a target downlink channel made effective by a control signal, wherein the control signal need not be separately transmitted to a terminal for each target downlink channel to determine the target downlink channel made effective by the control signal, thereby saving communication resources and power.

La présente invention, qui se rapporte au domaine technique des communications, concerne un procédé de surveillance de canal de liaison descendante, un terminal, une station de base et un support de mémoire. Le procédé consiste : à recevoir un signal de commande et à acquérir la portée de cellule cible du signal de commande, la portée de cellule cible étant utilisée pour déterminer une cellule cible rendue efficace par le signal de commande ; à déterminer un canal de liaison descendante cible de la cellule cible selon la portée de cellule cible ; à surveiller le canal de liaison descendante cible selon le signal de commande. La présente invention porte, selon un mode de réalisation, sur une manière de surveiller un canal de liaison descendante cible rendu efficace par un signal de commande, le signal de commande n'ayant pas besoin d'être transmis séparément à un terminal pour que chaque canal de liaison descendante cible détermine le canal de liaison descendante cible rendu efficace par le signal de commande, ce qui permet d'économiser des ressources de communication et de l'énergie.
