Disclosed is a polypropylene film formed by cross-linking the following components via radiation, wherein the components comprise: 20 to 50 parts by weight of polypropylene; 20 to 45 parts by weight of a polyolefin elastomer; 30 to 60 parts by weight of polyethylene; 0 to 10 parts by weight of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent; and 0 parts to 1 part by weight of silicon dioxide. Compared with the prior art, the plastic absorption temperature of the polypropylene film is reduced by controlling and adjusting the content of polypropylene, which is a main material, polyolefin elastomer and polyethylene; in addition, by means of radiation modification, molecular chains of various polymers are cross-linked and intertwined, such that the melt strength of the polypropylene film is improved; and when the polypropylene film is subjected to high-temperature plastic absorption molding, the molecular chains are difficult to move, the product thus not easily cracking after plastic absorption, and the surface pattern of the product thus not easily fading or even disappearing.

L'invention concerne un film de polypropylène formé par réticulation des constituants suivants par l'intermédiaire d'un rayonnement, les constituants comprenant : 20 à 50 parties en poids de polypropylène ; 20 à 45 parties en poids d'un élastomère polyoléfinique ; 30 à 60 parties en poids de polyéthylène ; 0 à 10 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'éthylène-acétate de vinyle ; 0,5 à 10 parties en poids d'un agent de réticulation ; et 0 à 1 partie en poids de dioxyde de silicium. Par rapport à l'état de la technique, la température d'absorption plastique du film de polypropylène est réduite par la régulation et l'ajustement de la teneur en polypropylène, qui est un matériau principal, en élastomère polyoléfinique et en polyéthylène ; en outre, au moyen d'une modification par rayonnement, des chaînes moléculaires de divers polymères sont réticulées et entrelacées, de telle sorte que la résistance à l'état fondu du film de polypropylène est améliorée ; et lorsque le film de polypropylène est soumis à un moulage par absorption plastique à haute température, le déplacement des chaînes moléculaires est difficile, le produit ne se fissure pas facilement après l'absorption plastique et le motif de surface du produit ne s'estompe, voire ne disparaît, pas facilement.

一种聚丙烯膜,由以下组分经辐射交联后形成,所述组分包括:聚丙烯20~50重量份;聚烯烃弹性体20~45重量份;聚乙烯30~60重量份;乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物0~10重量份;交联剂0.5~10重量份;二氧化硅0~1重量份。与现有技术相比,通过主料聚丙烯、聚烯烃弹性体及聚乙烯的含量控制调整降低了聚丙烯膜的吸塑温度,同时通过辐射改性后,各聚合物分子链交联,相互缠绕,提高了聚丙烯膜的熔体强度,并且使其在高温吸塑成型时,分子链移动困难,使得吸塑后产品不容易破裂及产品表面花纹不易变浅甚至消失。
