Abstract

The invention relates to a device (1) for conditioning respiratory gases in patients with a tracheostomy, which permits the internal flow volume to be adjusted and which is securely coupled to the cannula of the patient and accommodates a pair of HME filters (heat and moisture exchanger), wherein the device comprises means for controlling the internal flow volume, formed by a casing (10) having a central chamber (13) and two lateral respiratory chambers (12, 12’) with displacement guides (20) via which a filter support (30) is moved axially, increasing or decreasing the internal volume of the device, and the device also comprises means for connecting the device to the cannula of the patient via radial compression of a grooved elastomeric connector (50) which is adapted to the external surface of the cannula and is compressed by an external rigid connector (40) connected to the casing of the device by means of a thread.

Dispositivo (1) acondicionador de gases respiratorios en pacientes con traqueostomía, que permite ajustar el volumen corriente interior, se acopla de manera segura a la cánula del paciente y aloja un par de filtros HME (intercambiador de calor y humedad); donde el dispositivo comprende medios de regulación del volumen corriente interior formado por una carcasa (10) con una cámara central (13) y dos cámaras respiratorias laterales (12,12') que tienen guías de desplazamiento (20) por donde se mueve axialmente un soporte de filtro (30) aumentado o disminuyendo el volumen interno del dispositivo; y también comprende medios conectores del dispositivo a la cánula del paciente por compresión radial de un conector elastómero (50) ranurado que se adapta a la superficie exterior de la cánula y es comprimido por un conector rígido (40) exterior conectado con la carcasa del dispositivo por medio de hilo de rosca.

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de conditionnement de gaz respiratoires chez des patients avec trachéostomie, qui permet de régler le volume courant intérieur, se couple de manière sécurisée à la canule du patient et loge une paire de filtres HME (échangeurs de chaleur et d'humidité); le dispositif comprenant des moyens de régulations du volume courant intérieur formé par un boîtier (10) avec une chambre centrale (13) et deux chambres respiratoires latérales (12, 12') qui possèdent des guides de déplacement (20) par lesquels se déplace axialement un support de filtre (30) qui augmente ou diminue le volume interne du dispositif; et qui comprend également des moyens de connexion du dispositif à la canule du patient par compression radiale d'un connecteur élastomère (50) rainuré qui s'adapte à la surface extérieure de la canule et est comprimé par un connecteur rigide (40) extérieur connecté au boîtier du dispositif au moyen d'un filetage.
