A mold and slide apparatus system comprises first and second mold members that together define an internal cavitation. A slide apparatus moves an insert member into and out of an internal cavitation and comprises a main body having a drive cylinder and a carrier cylinder. The insert member engages the internal cavitation when the carrier piston is in the extended position. A fluid communication passage interconnects the drive cylinder and the carrier cylinder. Movement of a drive piston to its fluid displacement position causes the carrier piston to move to its extended position. Movement of a carrier piston to its retracted position causes the drive piston to move to its start position. Movement of an actuator to its actuating position causes the drive piston to move to its fluid displacement position, thereby causing the carrier piston to move the insert member into the internal cavitation during a molding operation.

Un système d'appareil de moulage et de coulissement comprend des premier et second éléments de moule qui délimitent ensemble une cavité interne. Un appareil de coulissement déplace un élément d'insert dans une cavité interne et hors de celle-ci et comprend un corps principal ayant un vérin d'entraînement et un vérin de support. L'élément d'insert vient en prise avec la cavité interne lorsque le vérin de support est dans la position étendue. Un passage de communication fluidique interconnecte le vérin d'entraînement et le vérin de support. Le mouvement d'un vérin d'entraînement vers sa position de déplacement de fluide amène le vérin de support à se déplacer vers sa position étendue. Le mouvement d'un vérin de support vers sa position rétractée amène le vérin d'entraînement à se déplacer vers sa position de départ. Le mouvement d'un actionneur vers sa position d'actionnement amène le vérin d'entraînement à se déplacer vers sa position de déplacement de fluide, amenant ainsi le vérin de support à déplacer l'élément d'insert dans la cavité interne pendant une opération de moulage.
