In a general aspect, a method for determining a location of motion detected by wireless communication devices in a wireless communication network includes obtaining motion data associated with a first time frame. The motion data includes a set of motion indicator values. The method also includes generating a first probability vector based on the set of motion indicator values and obtaining a second probability vector generated from motion data associated with a prior time frame. The method additionally includes obtaining a transition probability matrix that includes transition values and non-transition values. The method further includes determining, by operation of a data processing apparatus, a location of the motion detected from the wireless signals exchanged during the first time frame.

Selon un aspect général, l'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'un emplacement de mouvement détecté par des dispositifs de communication sans fil dans un réseau de communication sans fil, qui consiste à obtenir des données de mouvement associées à une première trame temporelle. Les données de mouvement comprennent un ensemble de valeurs d'indicateur de mouvement. Le procédé consiste également à générer un premier vecteur de probabilité sur la base de l'ensemble de valeurs d'indicateur de mouvement et obtenir un second vecteur de probabilité généré à partir de données de mouvement associées à une trame temporelle précédente. Le procédé consiste en outre à obtenir une matrice de probabilité de transition qui comprend des valeurs de transition et des valeurs de non-transition. Le procédé consiste en outre à déterminer, par le fonctionnement d'un appareil de traitement de données, un emplacement du mouvement détecté à partir des signaux sans fil échangés pendant la première trame temporelle.
