A method and a system for smart environment management are disclosed, based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques that is intended to provide an environment designed for real, personalized use, bringing numerous benefits to users through the more efficient use of the resources in the environment using actions and suggestions based on the collection and pre-processing of data, the processing and application of artificial intelligence strategies in the cloud and a user interface. The invention facilitates smart and adaptive management for greater comfort and efficiency in environments, in addition to measuring, analysing and acting automatically to ensure comfort and efficiency in environments using specific user and manager preferences.

L’invention concerne un procédé et un système de gestion intelligente d’environnements, faisant intervenir la technologie de l’Internet des objets (IdO), l’informatique en nuage et l’application de techniques d’intelligence artificielle (IA) et d'apprentissage machine (Machine Learning, ML), en vue de fournir un environnement adapté à son utilisation réelle de manière personnalisée, apportant ainsi de multiples bénéfices aux utilisateurs grâce à une utilisation plus intelligente des ressources de l’environnement à partir d’actions et de suggestions basées sur la collecte et le pré-traitement de données, avec traitement et application de stratégies d’intelligence artificielle en nuage et interface utilisateur. Ainsi, l'invention assure une gestion intelligente et adaptative permettant d’augmenter le confort et l’efficacité d’utilisation d’environnements, outre le fait de mesurer, d'analyser et d’influencer de manière automatique le confort et l’efficacité d’utilisation d’environnements à partir de certaines préférences des utilisateurs et des gestionnaires.

Revelam-se um processo e um sistema de gestão inteligente de ambientes com base em tecnologia Internet das Coisas (IoT), Computação em Nuvem e aplicação de técnicas de Inteligência Artificial (IA) e aprendizado de máquina (Machine Learning–ML) que visa proporcionar um ambiente adaptado a seu uso real de maneira personalizada, o que trará inúmeros benefícios aos usuários com o uso mais inteligente dos recursos do ambiente a partir de ações e sugestões baseadas na Coleta e Pré-Processamento de Dados; Processamento e Aplicação de Estratégias de Inteligência Artifical na Nuvem e Interface com o Usuário. A invenção com isto propicia a gestão inteligente e adaptativa para maior conforto e eficiência de ambientes, além de medir, analisar e atuar de maneira automática no conforto e na eficiência de ambientes a partir de certas preferências de seus usuários e gestores.
