Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing rubella using recombinant proteins. The recombinant proteins developed can be used individually or together, are of high purity and have high capacity for discriminating the rubella virus. The invention also enables the development of a second-generation subunit vaccine. In general, the invention relates to a recombinant protein, a synthetic DNA sequence, an expression vector, a host cell, a composition, a kit for diagnosing rubella, the use of at least one recombinant protein and methods for producing a recombinant protein and diagnosing rubella.

La présente invention concerne une méthode pour le diagnostic de la rubéole à partir de protéines recombinantes. Les protéines recombinantes développées peuvent être utilisées de manière isolée ou ensemble, et présentent une haute pureté et une capacité de discrimination du virus de la rubéole. L'invention permet en outre la mise au point d'un vaccin de deuxième génération, de la classe sous-unité. De manière générale, l'invention concerne une protéine recombinante, une séquence d'ADN synthétique, un vecteur d'expression, une cellule hôte, une composition, une trousse de diagnostic de la rubéole, l'utilisation d'au moins une protéine recombinante, et des méthodes pour produire une protéine recombinante et pour le diagnostic de la rubéole.

A presente invenção refere-se a um método para diagnóstico de rubéola a partir de proteínas recombinantes. As proteínas recombinantes desenvolvidas podem ser utilizadas isoladamente ou em conjunto, apresentam alta pureza e capacidade de discriminação do vírus da rubéola. A invenção também permite o desenvolvimento de uma vacina de segunda geração, da classe de subunidade. A invenção se refere, de forma geral, a proteína recombinante, sequência de DNA sintético, vetor de expressão, célula hospedeira, composição, kit para diagnóstico de rubéola, uso de pelo menos uma proteína recombinante, e, métodos para produzir uma proteína recombinante e para diagnóstico de rubéola.
