The present invention is based on having air at the bottom of the package before discharging or suction (in the case of baby bottles) of the liquid in order to prevent the formation of a vacuum at the beginning of and during discharge or suction, in which said packages have a discharge or suction nipple of millimetric diameters. The first structural variant uses the principle of communicating vessels, with the lower opening (6) of the breather pipe oriented into the recipient. In one variant, the opening of the breather is closed by a stopper and hydropneumatic equilibrium is achieved. The second variant involves a structure in which the inlet of the nozzle of the body of the baby bottle (6) is parabolic and the vertical diameter is much greater than the horizontal diameter, which is equal to the diameter of the breather (5). The third solution involves damming the air above the transverse plate (P) using the liquid when the baby bottle is tipped, forcing the air to be discharged into the atmosphere via the small tube (5a). Other structures achieve the objective of the present invention using mechanical check valves or capillary holes separating the liquid from the air and using surface tension.

La présente invention se caractérise par la présence d’air au fond de l’emballage avant la distribution ou l’aspiration (dans le cas de biberons) du liquide, en vue d’éviter la formation du vide au début ou au cours de la distribution ou de l’aspiration, ces emballages présentant un embout de distribution ou d'aspiration à diamètre millimétrique. La première variante structurale fait appel au principe des vases communicants, l'ouverture inférieure (6) du conduit d’aération étant alors tournée vers l’intérieur du récipient. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'ouverture d’aération est fermée par une butée, un équilibre hydropneumatique étant ainsi obtenu. La deuxième variante fait intervenir une structure caractérisée en ce que l’entrée de l’embouchure dans le corps du biberon (6) est réalisée de manière parabolique, le diamètre vertical étant alors beaucoup plus important que le diamètre horizontal, qui est égal au diamètre de l’orifice d'aération (5). La troisième solution est obtenue par blocage de l’air au-dessus de la plaque (P) transversale par le liquide lors de l'inclinaison du biberon, obligeant l’air à sortir dans l’atmosphère par le tube (5A). D’autres structure permettant d'atteindre l'objectif de la présente invention utilisent des valves de retenue mécaniques ou font intervenir des trous capillaires séparant le liquide de l’air, la tension superficielle étant alors utilisée.

A presente invenção está fundamentada em ter ar no fundo da embalagem antes da descarga ou da sucção (no caso de mamadeiras) do líquido, a fim de evitar a formação do vácuo inicial e durante a descarga ou sucção, tendo essas embalagens bico de descarga ou sucção com diâmetros milimétricos. A primeira variação construtiva, utiliza o princípio dos vasos comunicantes, tendo a abertura inferior (6) do conduto de respiro voltada para dentro do recipiente. Numa variante a abertura do respiro é fechada por um batoque e obtém-se um equilíbrio hidropneumático. A segunda variação considera uma construção, onde a entrada do bocal no corpo da mamadeira (6) é feito de forma parabólica, sendo o diâmetro vertical muito maior que o horizontal, que é igual ao diâmetro do respiro (5). A terceira solução se consegue represando o ar acima da placa (P) transversal, pelo líquido, ao inclinar-se a mamadeira, obrigando o ar sair para a atmosfera pelo tubinho (5A). Outras construções atendem o objetivo da presente invenção que utilizam válvulas de retenção mecânicas ou que faz uso de furos capilares separando o liquido do ar e utilizando-se a tensão superficial.
