Abstract

A thermochemical treatment system for plastic and/or elastomeric waste is described, having three Reaction Units (1), (2) and (3) connected in series, being performed in each Reaction Unit, under positive pressure and low temperature (between 200° C and 660°C), one step of the thermochemical treatment process of the plastic and/or elastomeric waste without, through the indirect heating by molten salt coils (5), a gas fraction which is treated in a Gas Scrubbing Unit (10) for release into the atmosphere, and a liquid fraction (molten plastic) which is subjected to an endothermic reaction under positive pressure (between 2 and 10 bar) and at temperature above 300°C, which generates a gas fraction that is fed into a Heat Exchanger (13), wherein the condensible gases are converted into fractionated combustible liquids of carbon, and the non-condensible combustible gases are reused for heating the system modules.

L'invention concerne un système de traitement thermochimique pour déchets plastiques et/ou élastomères, comprenant trois unités de réaction (1), (2) et (3) connectées en série. Dans chaque unité de réaction, sous une pression positive et une basse température (entre 200 °C et 660 °C), il y est réalisée une étape du procédé de traitement thermochimique du déchet plastique et/ou élastomère sans, par chauffage indirect par des bobines de sel fondu (5), une fraction gazeuse qui est traitée dans une unité de lavage de gaz (10) pour libérer dans l'atmosphère, et une fraction liquide (plastique en fusion) qui est soumise à une réaction endothermique sous pression positive (entre 2 et 10 bars) et à une température supérieure à 300 °C, qui génère une fraction gazeuse qui est introduite dans un échangeur de chaleur (13). Les gaz condensables sont convertis en liquides combustibles fractionnés de carbone, et les gaz combustibles non condensables sont réutilisés pour chauffer les modules de système.
