Device for optically detecting smoke and implementing thereof. Apparatus and methods for detecting the presence of smoke in a small, long-lasting smoke detector are disclosed. Specifically, the present disclosure shows how to build a very compact housing around the smoke detector while keeping the reflections from the housing structure to a very low value while satisfying all the other peripheral needs of fast response to smoke and preventing ambient light. This allows very small measurements of light scattering of the smoke particles to be reliable in a device resistant to the negative effects of dust. In particular, geometrical optical elements, e.g., cap and optical defection elements, are disclosed.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection optique de fumée et la mise en oeuvre de celui-ci. L'invention concerne également un appareil et des procédés pour détecter la présence de fumée dans un petit détecteur de fumée à longue durée de vie. En particulier, la présente invention montre comment construire un boîtier très compact autour du détecteur de fumée tout en maintenant les réflexions de la structure de boîtier à une valeur très basse et en satisfaisant simultanément tous les autres besoins périphériques de réponse rapide à la fumée et en empêchant la lumière ambiante. Ceci permet à de très petites mesures de diffusion de la lumière des particules de fumée d'être fiables dans un dispositif résistant aux effets négatifs de la poussière. En particulier, l'invention concerne des éléments optiques géométriques, par exemple, des éléments de capuchon et de décrochage optique.
