Abstract

Provided are methods of forming graphene laminate compositions and architectures. The method comprises: (i) contacting a graphene structure comprising one or more planar graphene sheets with a first interlayer material; (ii) depositing of a conductive material, where in the conductive material is deposited along an edge of the graphene and one end of the first interlayer; and (iii) contacting the graphene structure with a second interlayer material. Also provided are graphene laminates structures comprising doped graphene films having improved mechanical strength, electrical mobility and optical transparency.

L'invention concerne des procédés de formation de compositions et d'architectures stratifiées de graphène. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : (i) mettre en contact une structure de graphène comprenant une ou plusieurs feuilles de graphène planes avec un premier matériau de couche intermédiaire ; (ii) déposer un matériau conducteur, le matériau conducteur étant déposé le long d'un bord du graphène et d'une extrémité de la première couche intermédiaire ; et (iii) mettre en contact la structure de graphène avec un second matériau de couche intermédiaire. L'invention concerne également des structures stratifiées de graphène comprenant des films de graphène dopés ayant une résistance mécanique, une mobilité électrique et une transparence optique améliorées.
