Abstract
(EN)
An electric motor includes a stator assembly including a lamination stack, a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), and a plurality of windings. The PCBA is coupled to the lamination stack at a first axial end of the stator assembly. The windings are wrapped about the lamination stack to form coils. Each winding includes crossover portions extending about a portion of a circumference of the stator assembly to connect pairs of opposite coils. The crossover portions are located at a second axial end of the stator assembly opposite the first axial end.

La présente invention concerne un moteur électrique doté d'un ensemble stator comprenant un empilement de stratification, un ensemble carte de circuit imprimé (PCBA) et une pluralité d'enroulements. Le PCBA est couplé à l'empilement de stratification au niveau d'une première extrémité axiale de l'ensemble stator. Les enroulements sont enroulés autour de l'empilement de stratification de manière à former des bobines. Chaque enroulement comprend des parties de croisement s'étendant autour d'une partie d'une circonférence de l'ensemble stator de manière à connecter des paires de bobines opposées. Les parties de croisement sont situées à une seconde extrémité axiale de l'ensemble stator opposée à la première extrémité axiale.
