Abstract

Systems and methods are disclosed for automated generation of integrated circuit designs and associated data. These allow the design of processors and SoCs by a single, non-expert who understands high-level requirements; allow the en masse exploration of the design-space through the generation processors across the design-space via simulation, or emulation; allow the easy integration of IP cores from multiple third parties into an SoC; allow for delivery of a multi-tenant service for producing processors and SoCs that are customized while also being pre-verified and delivered with a complete set of developer tools, documentation and related outputs. Some embodiments, provide direct delivery, or delivery into a cloud hosting environment, of finished integrated circuits embodying the processors and SoCs.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de génération automatisée de structures de circuits intégrés et de données associées. Lesdits systèmes et procédés permettent la conception de processeurs et de SoC par une seule personne non experte qui comprend les exigences de haut niveau; l'exploration en masse de l'espace de conception par l'intermédiaire des processeurs de génération dans l'espace de conception par le biais d'une simulation ou d'une émulation; permettent l'intégration aisée de cœurs IP provenant de tiers multiples dans un SoC ; permettent la distribution d'un service multi-utilisateurs afin de produire des processeurs et des SoC à la fois personnalisés et également pré-vérifiés et fournis avec un ensemble complet d'outils de développement, de documentation et de résultats associés. Certains modes de réalisation assurent une distribution directe ou une distribution dans un environnement d'hébergement en nuage de circuits intégrés finis intégrant les processeurs et les SoC.
