The embodiments described herein comprise a distributed wireless power transmission system including a plurality of wireless power transmission systems (WPTSs) coordinating transmissions to create a virtual WPTS. The plurality of WPTS coordinate amongst each other to compensate for local phase shift differences between respective clock sources so that transmissions from the WPTSs constructively interfere at a wireless power receiver client (WPRC).

La présente invention concerne, selon les modes de réalisation, un système de transmission d'énergie sans fil distribué, comprenant une pluralité de systèmes de transmission d'énergie sans fil (WPTS) coordonnant des transmissions de façon à créer un WPTS virtuel. La pluralité de WPTS se coordonnent entre eux de façon à compenser des différences de déphasage local entre des sources d'horloge respectives de telle sorte que des transmissions des WPTS interfèrent de manière constructive au niveau d'un client récepteur d'énergie sans fil (WPRC).
