Embodiments of a laminate and methods of forming a laminate using a separation media are providing. The method includes providing a first glass substrate, disposing separation media on top of the first glass substrate on the second major surface, the separation media being disposed in a predetermined pattern; providing a second glass substrate and forming a stack with the first and second glass substrates and the separation media disposed therebetween; and heating the stack to form a co-shaped stack having a first curved glass substrate and a second curved glass substrate. The predetermined pattern has a first region of separation media and a second region of separation media that is closer to an edge of the second major surface, where a thickness of the second region is greater than a first thickness of the first region.

L'invention concerne, selon certains modes de réalisation, un stratifié et des procédés de formation d'un stratifié à l'aide d'un milieu de séparation. Le procédé comprend la fourniture d'un premier substrat en verre, la disposition d'un milieu de séparation sur le dessus du premier substrat en verre sur la seconde surface principale, le milieu de séparation étant disposé en un motif prédéfini; la fourniture d'un second substrat en verre et la formation d'un empilement des premier et second substrats en verre et du milieu de séparation disposé entre eux; et le chauffage de l'empilement pour former un empilement co-formé présentant un premier substrat en verre incurvé et un second substrat en verre incurvé. Le motif prédéfini comporte une première région de milieu de séparation et une seconde région de milieu de séparation qui est plus proche d'un bord de la seconde surface principale, une épaisseur de la seconde région étant supérieure à une première épaisseur de la première région.
