Abstract

At least a method and an apparatus are provided for efficiently encoding or decoding video. For example, a first set of affine motion model candidates is obtained for a current block. A second set of affine motion model candidates is obtained using a combination of one or more of the affine motion model candidates in the first set. The current block is then encoded or decoded based on one or more of the affine motion model candidates in the first set and the second set.

La présente invention concerne au moins un procédé et un appareil conçus pour l'encodage ou le décodage efficaces de vidéo. Par exemple, un premier ensemble de modèles de mouvement affine candidats est obtenu pour un bloc actuel. Un deuxième ensemble de modèles de mouvement affine candidats est obtenu en utilisant une combinaison d'un ou de plusieurs modèles de mouvement affine candidats du premier ensemble.
