Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting device may associate, at a first protocol layer, a first sequence number to a data packet to perform integrity protection on at least a portion of the data packet. The transmitting device may associate, at the first protocol layer, a second sequence number to the data packet for wireless transmission to a receiving device. The transmitting device may indicate an offset between the first sequence number and the second sequence number in the data packet. The transmitting device may transmit the data packet to a second protocol layer for wireless transmission to the receiving device, the second protocol layer being a lower layer than the first protocol layer.

L'invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et des dispositifs destinés aux communications sans fil. Un dispositif de transmission peut associer, au niveau d'une première couche de protocole, un premier numéro de séquence à un paquet de données pour effectuer une protection d'intégrité sur au moins une partie du paquet de données. Le dispositif de transmission peut associer, au niveau de la première couche de protocole, un second numéro de séquence au paquet de données en vue d'une transmission sans fil à un dispositif de réception. Le dispositif de transmission peut indiquer un décalage entre le premier numéro de séquence et le second numéro de séquence dans le paquet de données. Le dispositif de transmission peut transmettre le paquet de données à une seconde couche de protocole en vue d'une transmission sans fil au dispositif de réception, la seconde couche de protocole étant une couche inférieure à la première couche de protocole.
