Abstract

A flexible display that can be adjusted by an electromagnetic mechanism to remove a deformation is disclosed. The flexible display is attached to a body that is configurable in a folded configuration or an unfolded configuration by a hinge mechanism. When unfolded the flexible display includes a deformation (i.e., warp) in an area around the hinge mechanism. Accordingly, an electromagnet is included with the hinge mechanism to remove the deformation by attracting a magnetic element is disposed on a back surface of the flexible display.

L'invention concerne un écran souple qui peut être ajusté par un mécanisme électromagnétique pour supprimer une déformation. L'écran souple est fixé à un corps qui peut être configuré dans une configuration pliée ou une configuration dépliée par un mécanisme de charnière. Lorsqu'il est déplié, l'écran souple comprend une déformation (c'est-à-dire, un gauchissement) dans une zone autour du mécanisme de charnière. En conséquence, un électro-aimant est inclus avec le mécanisme de charnière pour éliminer la déformation en attirant un élément magnétique qui est disposé sur une surface arrière de l'écran souple.
