A system of automated food processing using food smoothness prediction is disclosed. The system includes a blade assembly, a plurality of blades, a blade actuator, a sensor to measure a power parameter and a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to initiate a blend cycle, calculate an input energy based on the power parameter, compare the input energy to an energy threshold, and terminate the blend cycle responsive to the input energy exceeding the energy threshold.

L'invention concerne un système de traitement d'aliments automatisé utilisant la prédiction d'onctuosité des aliments. Le système comprend un ensemble à lames, une pluralité de lames, un actionneur de lames, un capteur pour mesurer un paramètre de puissance et un circuit de traitement. Le circuit de traitement est configuré pour lancer un cycle de mélange, calculer une énergie d'entrée sur la base du paramètre de puissance, comparer l'énergie d'entrée à un seuil d'énergie, et mettre fin au cycle de mélange lorsque l'énergie d'entrée dépasse le seuil d'énergie.
