Abstract

Disclosed are novel organoborane compositions of Formula (I), (II) or (III), wherein R1, R2, R3, R', R", n, n', n", m, m', and m" are defined hereinabove. Also disclosed is a method of using said compositions for electrolytic media in lithium rechargeable batteries, including lithium-ion or lithium-air rechargeable batteries. Also disclosed are compositions containing said Formula (I), (II) and (III) compounds with lithium salts, useful as electrolytic media or matrices.

L'invention concerne de nouvelles compositions d'organoborane de formule (I), (II) ou (III), dans lesquelles R1, R2, R3, R', R", n, n', n", m, m' et m" sont définis ci-dessus. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'utilisation desdites compositions pour des milieux électrolytiques dans des batteries rechargeables au lithium, comprenant des batteries rechargeables lithium-ion ou lithium-air. L'invention concerne également des compositions contenant lesdits composés de formule (I), (II) et (III) avec des sels de lithium, utiles en tant que milieux ou matrices électrolytiques.
