Abstract
(EN)
Guanella topology balun/unun impedance transformer contains cascaded, i.e., series-coupled, coils of different sizes implemented in RF CMOS technology. The cascading of differently-sized coils provides for a large resonance-free operating bandwidth. The shunt inductive loading maximizes low frequency performance.

L'invention concerne un transformateur d'impédance symétrique-dissymétrique/dissymétrique-dissymétrique à topologie de Guanella qui contient des bobines en cascade, c'est-à-dire couplées en série, de différentes tailles mises en œuvre selon la technologie à CMOS de RF. La mise en cascade de bobines de tailles différentes fournit une grande largeur de bande de fonctionnement sans résonance. La charge inductive en dérivation augmente au maximum la performance à basse fréquence.
