A method for obtaining nano-particulates used in SA drug delivery system for use in intravenous (iv) administrations and characterized by comprising procedure steps of; reducing a delivery component into nano-delivery component by grinding in an attritor; keeping obtained nano-delivery component in water; dissolving an additive polymer and a drug in acetone and mixing with the nano-delivery component kept in water; dialysing the solution comprising the nano-delivery component, the additive polymer and the drug to form nano-particulate in dialysis membrane against high volume water.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de composants nanoparticulaires utilisés dans un système d'administration de médicament SA destiné à être utilisé dans des administrations intraveineuses (iv) et caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des étapes de procédure consistant à : réduire un composant d'administration en composant de nano-administration par broyage dans un broyeur à attrition ; maintenir le composant de nano-administration obtenu dans l'eau ; dissoudre un polymère additif et un médicament dans l'acétone et le mélanger avec le composant de nano-administration maintenu dans l'eau ; effectuer une dialyse de la solution comprenant le composant de nano-administration, le polymère additif et le médicament pour former un composant nanoparticulaire dans la membrane de dialyse contre un volume élevé d'eau.
