Abstract

The underlying problem of the invention is how to create such electric thermal fuse, in which the electric circuit through the fuse is interrupted in a shortest possible time, as soon as even relatively high voltage or current is exceed, and regardless to position/orientation of the fuse, while at the same time it should also be assured that each generated electric arc, whenever occurs, would have any essential impact neither to the fuse nor to each surrounding area in the adjacency thereof. The invention provides that a tubular casing (1) of such fuse consists of ceramics, and each of said contact members (110, 120) is furnished with at least approximately centrally arranged throughout passage (111, 121), so that the electric conductor (2) is inserted through said passages (111, 121) within said contact members (110, 120) and is by means of solder (3, 3 '), which is located on the external side of the fuse, firmly and electric conductively connected with each of said contact members (110, 120), wherein said conductor (2) is in the one terminal area of the fuse extended and ended with appropriate thicker portion (20), so that a spring (4) is placed around said conductor (2) and is inserted between said thicker portion (20) and the belonging contact member (120) with said solder (3'), and wherein the residual volume within said passage (10) in the casing (1) of the fuse, namely the area between said conductor (2) and the casing (1) as well as between said contact members (110, 120), is filled with a pre-determined quantity of arc preventing filler (5) of the basis of properly granulated silica.

Le problème sous-jacent décrit par l'invention est la manière de créer un tel fusible électrothermique, dans lequel le circuit électrique traversant le fusible est interrompu en un temps le plus court possible, dès le dépassement d'une tension ou d'un courant même relativement élevé, et indépendamment de la position/orientation du fusible, tout en garantissant également en même temps le fait que chaque arc électrique généré, à chaque fois qu'il se produit, n'aura aucun impact essentiel ni sur le fusible ni sur chaque zone environnante de son voisinage. L'invention concerne donc un boîtier tubulaire (1) d'un tel fusible constitué de céramique, et chacun desdits éléments de contact (110, 120) est doté au moins sensiblement centralement d'un passage traversant (111, 121), de sorte que le conducteur électrique (2) soit introduit à travers lesdits passages (111, 121) à l'intérieur desdits éléments de contact (110, 120) et soit, au moyen d'une brasure (3, 3'), qui est située du côté externe du fusible, connecté de manière ferme et conductrice de l'électricité à chacun desdits éléments de contact (110, 120), ledit conducteur (2) étant situé dans ladite zone de borne du fusible s'étendant et se terminant par une partie plus épaisse appropriée (20), de façon à placer un ressort (4) autour dudit conducteur (2) et à l'introduire entre ladite partie plus épaisse (20) et l'élément de contact associé (120) avec ladite brasure (3'), et le volume résiduel à l'intérieur dudit passage (10) dans le boîtier (1) du fusible, à savoir la zone entre ledit conducteur (2) et le boîtier (1) ainsi qu'entre lesdits éléments de contact (110, 120), étant rempli d'une quantité prédéfinie de charge de prévention d'arc (5) sur la base de silice correctement granulée.
