Abstract

The invention relates to catalysts for use in the hydroprocessing of heavy oil feedstock and residues. The present catalyst contains macropores that form a regular three-dimensional structure, wherein the proportion of macropores with a size in the range of from 50 nm to 15 μm constitutes at least 30% of the total specific pore volume of said catalyst, and the catalyst comprises aluminium oxide as a carrier. The catalyst comprises: no more than 20 wt% of cobalt, no more than 20 wt% of nickel, no more than 20 wt% of molybdenum, no more than 20 wt% of tungsten, no more than 10 wt% of calcium, and no more than 10 wt% of magnesium. The proposed guard bed catalyst in the treatment process of heavy oil feedstock is a durable and wear-resistant structured catalyst having a high capacity for metals, coke and silicon, high stability and catalytic activity, and lowered requirements with respect to the viscosity and macromolecule content of the feedstock.

L'invention concerne les catalyseurs utilisés dans les processus de transformation hydrauliques de matières premières et de résidus pétroliers lourds. Le catalyseur comprend des macropores formant une structure spatiale régulière, la part des macropores ayant une taille dans la gamme de 50 nanomètres à 15 micromètres s'élève à pas moins de 30 % dans le volume global spécifique des pores dudit catalyseur, et en tant que support on utilise l'oxyde d'aluminium. Le catalyseur comprend du cobalt dans des quantités de 20 % en masse au maximum, du molybdène à 20 % en masse au maximum, du tungstène à 20 % en masse au maximum, du calcium à 10 % en masse au maximum et du magnésium à 10 % en masse au maximum. Selon l'invention, le catalyseur de la couche de protection dans le cadre d'une transformation de matières premières pétrolières lourdes est un catalyseur solide structuré et résistant à l'usure possédant une capacité élevée en termes de métaux, de coke et de silicium, une stabilité élevée et une importante activité catalytique ainsi que des exigences réduites en termes de viscosité de matières premières et leur teneur en macromolécules.

Изобретение относится к катализаторам, используемым в процессах гидропереработки тяжелого нефтяного сырья и остатков. Катализатор содержит макропоры, образующие регулярную пространственную структуру, причем доля макропор с размером в диапазоне от 50 нм до 15 мкм составляет не менее 30% в общем удельном объеме пор указанного катализатора, а в качестве носителя он содержит оксид алюминия. Катализатор содержит: кобальта с не более 20 мас %, никеля - не более 20 мас %, молибдена - не более 20 мас %, вольфрама - не более 20 мас %,. кальция не более 10 мас %, магния - не более 10 мас %. Предлагаемый катализатор защитного слоя в процессе переработки тяжелого нефтяного сырья является прочным и износостойким структурированным катализатором, обладающим высокой емкостью по металлам, коксу и кремнию, высокой стабильностью и каталитической активностью и сниженными требованиями к вязкости сырья и содержанию в нем макромолекул.
