An orthodontic wire-bending robot for use in the manufacture of orthodontic prostheses, featuring a displacement framework of the cartesian type enabling the displacement of the equipment bending head along the X-, Y- and Z-axes, in order to enable the robot to execute bends by a torque, performing horizontal, vertical and sagittal compensations so that the shaped orthodontic wire presents an incline on its surfaces at a particular angle and segment in order to execute frontal rotation forces.

Un robot doblador de alambres ortodónticos para ser usado en la fabricación de prótesis ortodónticas, que tiene un marco de desplazamiento tipo cartesiano que permite mover el cabezal de doblado del equipo a lo largo de los ejes X, Y y Z, a fin de permitir al robot realizar dobleces en forma de torque, llevando a cabo compensaciones horizontales, verticales y sagitales, para que el alambre ortodóntico formado presente inclinación en sus caras en un ángulo y en un segmento determinado para poder realizar tensiones de rotación frontal.

L'invetion concerne un robot plieur de fils orthodontiques à utiliser dans la fabrication de prothèses orthodontiques, qui comprend une partie de déplacement de type cartésien qui permet de déplacer la tête de pliage de l'équipement le long des axes X, Y et Z, pour permettre au robot d'effectuer des pliages en forme de fil courbé, permettant d'obtenir des compensations horizontales, verticales et sagittales, pour que le fil orthodontique formé présente une inclinaison sur ses côtés à un angle et à un segment déterminés pour pouvoir réaliser des tensions de rotation frontale.
