A battery pack having an improved manufacturing efficiency, a high energy density, and an increased product stability is disclosed. The battery pack comprises: a mounting structure having a first frame, which has a body part having a plate and sidewall parts at which both ends of the body part are bent and extended in an upper direction so that an inner space is formed on the plate, and a second frame, which is coupled to the lower part of the first frame and which has a body part having a plate and sidewall parts at which both ends of the body part are bent and extended in a lower direction so that an inner space is formed under the plate; and at least two battery modules which are accommodated in the inner space of each of the first frame and the second frame, and which have a plurality of cylindrical battery cells and module cases having a plurality of hollow tubes into which the plurality of cylindrical battery cells are inserted and connecting parts formed so as to connect the plurality of hollow tubes to each other.

L'invention concerne un bloc-batterie ayant une efficacité de fabrication améliorée, une densité d'énergie élevée et une stabilité de produit accrue. Le bloc-batterie comprend : une structure de montage ayant un premier cadre, qui a une partie de corps ayant une plaque et des parties de paroi latérale au niveau desquelles les deux extrémités de la partie de corps sont incurvées et étendues dans une direction supérieure de telle sorte qu'un espace interne est formé sur la plaque, et un second cadre, qui est couplé à la partie inférieure du premier cadre et qui a une partie de corps ayant une plaque et des parties de paroi latérale au niveau desquelles les deux extrémités de la partie de corps sont incurvées et étendues dans une direction inférieure de telle sorte qu'un espace interne est formé sous la plaque ; et au moins deux modules de batterie qui sont logés dans l'espace intérieur de chacun du premier cadre et du second cadre, et qui ont une pluralité de cellules de batterie cylindriques et des boîtiers de module ayant une pluralité de tubes creux dans lesquels la pluralité de cellules de batterie cylindriques sont insérées et des parties de liaison formées de façon à relier la pluralité de tubes creux l'un à l'autre.
