The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a melt-spun nonwoven fabric and a microfiber nonwoven web manufactured therefrom. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a melt-spun nonwoven fabric, in which fibers obtained by melt-spinning a thermoplastic polymer though a spinning nozzle including at least one nozzle hole are collected by high-speed air flow, wherein the melt-spun fibers are subjected to momentary local heating at a high temperature higher than a spinning temperature while same are caused to pass through a nozzle local heating heater provided directly under the spinning nozzle during spinning, so that the method can lower the melt viscosity and radial elongation viscosity of a thermoplastic resin discharged from the nozzle hole without reducing a molecular weight, thereby providing a microfiber nonwoven web formed by finely thin fibers, compared to the conventional spun-bond nonwoven fabric.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un non tissé filé par fusion et une bande non tissée en microfibres fabriquée à partir de celui-ci. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un tissu non tissé filé par fusion, dans lequel des fibres obtenues par filage par fusion d’un polymère thermoplastique à travers une buse de filage comprenant au moins un trou de buse sont collectées par un flux d’air à grande vitesse, les fibres filées par fusion étant soumises à un chauffage local instantané à une température élevée supérieure à une température de filage tandis que celles-ci sont amenées à passer à travers un dispositif de chauffage de chauffage local de buse disposé directement sous la buse de filage pendant le filage, de sorte que le procédé peut abaisser la viscosité à l’état fondu et la viscosité d’allongement radial d’une résine thermoplastique évacuée depuis le trou de buse sans diminuer un poids moléculaire, de façon à obtenir une bande non tissée en microfibres formée par des fibres particulièrement fines, par rapport au tissu non tissé filé-lié conventionnel.

본 발명은 용융방사형 부직포의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조된 극세섬유 부직포 웹에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 열가소성 고분자가 적어도 하나 이상의 노즐 홀을 포함하는 방사노즐을 통해 용융방사된 섬유를 고속공기류로 포집한 용융방사형 부직포 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 용융방사된 섬유가 방사시 방사노즐 직하에 구비된 노즐국부가열용 히터에 통과되면서 방사온도보다 높게 순간 국부고온가열 처리되어, 분자량 저하없이 노즐 홀에서 토출되는 열가소성 수지의 용융점도 및 방사선상에서의 신장점도를 낮춤으로써, 종래 스펀본드 부직포 대비 섬유가 세섬화된 극세섬유 부직포 웹을 제공할 수 있다.
