The present invention relates to a silver powder preparation method for controlling the degree of agglomeration of a washed silver powder by controlling washing temperature, stirring speed and stirring time in a washing step during preparation of a silver powder. When a conductive paste comprising a silver powder having a controlled degree of agglomeration is prepared, the conductive paste has high viscosity and elasticity, is advantageous in the formation of a pattern with a high aspect ratio, and has satisfactory printing characteristics since the conductive paste does not cause wire breakage during printing of an electrode.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de poudre d’argent pour réguler le degré d’agglomération d’une poudre d’argent lavée par régulation de la température de lavage, de la vitesse d’agitation et du temps d’agitation dans une étape de lavage pendant la préparation d’une poudre d’argent. Lorsqu’une pâte conductrice comprenant une poudre d’argent ayant un degré d’agglomération contrôlé est préparée, la pâte conductrice a une viscosité et une élasticité élevées, est avantageuse dans la formation d’un motif ayant un rapport d’aspect élevé, et présente des caractéristiques d’impression satisfaisantes étant donné que la pâte conductrice ne cause pas de rupture de fil pendant l’impression d’une électrode.

본 발명은 은 분말 제조 공정 중 세척단계에서 세척온도, 교반속도 및 교반시간을 조절함으로써 세척된 은 분말의 응집도를 조절하는 은 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 응집도가 조절된 은 분말을 포함하는 도전성 페이스트를 제조할 경우 점도 및 탄성이 높고 고종횡비의 패턴 형성에 유리하며, 전극 인쇄 시 단선이 발성하지 않는 양호한 인쇄 특성을 갖는 도전성 페이스트를 제공할 수 있다.
