The present invention relates to a method for producing silver powder, which includes a silver salt reduction step (S2) comprising: a reaction liquid preparation step (S21) of preparing a first reaction liquid containing a silver ion, ammonia, an alkali metal salt of an organic acid, and a phosphorus compound, and a second reaction liquid containing a reducing agent; and a precipitation step (S22) of obtaining silver powder by reacting the first reaction solution and the second reaction solution, wherein the sintering properties of the produced silver powder can be adjusted by controlling the content of the phosphorus compound and the reaction temperature of the precipitation step, and can provide a method for producing silver powder in which shrinkage at a rising temperature section of 500℃ can be adjusted in a range of 5 to 20% under a rising temperature condition of 50℃/min up to 800℃.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de poudre d’argent, qui comprend une étape de réduction de sel d’argent (S2) comprenant : une étape de préparation de liquide de réaction (S21) consistant à préparer un premier liquide de réaction contenant un ion argent, de l’ammoniac, un sel de métal alcalin d’un acide organique, et un composé de phosphore, et un deuxième liquide de réaction contenant un agent réducteur ; et une étape de précipitation (S22) consistant à obtenir de la poudre d’argent par réaction de la première solution de réaction et de la deuxième solution de réaction, les propriétés de frittage de la poudre d’argent produite pouvant être ajustées par régulation de la teneur du composé de phosphore et de la température de réaction de l’étape de précipitation, et pouvant fournir un procédé de production de poudre d’argent dans lequel le retrait dans une section d’élévation de température de 500 °C peut être ajusté dans une plage de 5 à 20 % dans une condition d’élévation de température de 50 °C/min à 800 °C.

본 발명은 은 이온, 암모니아, 유기산 알칼리 금속염 및 인 화합물을 포함하는 제1 반응액 및 환원제를 포함하는 제2 반응액을 제조하는 반응액제조단계(S21) 및 제1 반응액 및 제2 반응액을 반응시켜 은 분말을 얻는 석출단계(S22)를 포함하는 은 염 환원단계(S2);를 포함하고, 상기 인 화합물의 함량 및 상기 석출단계의 반응 온도를 조절하여 제조되는 은 분말의 소결 특성을 조절 가능한 은 분말 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 50℃/min, 800℃ 승온 조건 내에서, 500℃ 승온 구간에서의 수축률을 5 내지 20 %인 범위에서 조절 가능한 은 분말 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
