The present invention relates to a solar cell electrode conductive paste and a preparation method therefor, the conductive paste comprising: metal powder; a glass frit; an organic vehicle; and a wax solution, wherein the wax solution is a solution in which a wax-based compound is activated in a polydimethylsiloxane-based compound, and the present invention can stably implement a fine line width of a solar cell front electrode formed using same and can improve the power generation efficiency of a solar cell by enhancing an electric property of the electrode.

La présente invention concerne une pâte conductrice d'électrode de cellule solaire et son procédé de préparation, la pâte conductrice comprenant : une poudre métallique ; une fritte de verre ; un véhicule organique ; et une solution de cire, la solution de cire étant une solution dans laquelle un composé à base de cire est activé dans un composé à base de polydiméthylsiloxane et la présente invention peut mettre en œuvre de façon stable une largeur de ligne fine d'une électrode avant de cellule solaire formée à l'aide de celle-ci et peut améliorer l'efficacité de génération d'énergie d'une cellule solaire en améliorant une propriété électrique de l'électrode.

본 발명은 태양전지 전극용 도전성 페이스트로서 금속 분말, 유리 프릿, 유기 비히클 및 왁스 용액을 포함하며, 상기 왁스 용액은 왁스(wax)계 화합물을 폴리디메틸실록산(Polydimethylsiloxane)계 화합물에서 액티베이션시킨 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지 전극용 도전성 페이스트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 이용하여 형성된 태양전지 전면 전극의 미세 선폭을 안정적으로 구현함과 더불어 전극의 전기적 특성을 개선시켜 태양전지의 발전효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
