The present invention relates to a device and method for measuring a battery cell resistance, and the device for measuring a battery cell resistance according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a carrier signal generation module for generating a carrier signal of a first frequency and a carrier signal of a second frequency that is different from the first frequency; a resistor unit including a first resistor and a second resistor having a resistance value differing from that of the first resistor; an impedance measurement unit for measuring an impedance between both ends of a corresponding application target in a state where the carrier signal is applied to one of the first resistor, the second resistor, and a battery cell; and a switching unit for selectively connecting one of the first resistor, the second resistor, and the battery cell to the impedance measurement unit; and a control unit for calculating an internal resistance of the battery cell on the basis of an impedance value measured by the impedance measurement unit.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de mesurer la résistance d'une cellule de batterie. Dans un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le dispositif permettant de mesurer la résistance d'une cellule de batterie comprend : un module de génération de signal de porteuse servant à générer un signal de porteuse d'une première fréquence et un signal de porteuse d'une seconde fréquence qui est différente de la première fréquence; une unité de résistance comprenant une première résistance et une seconde résistance dont la valeur de résistance est différente de celle de la première résistance; une unité de mesure d'impédance servant à mesurer une impédance entre les deux extrémités d'une cible d'application correspondante dans un état dans lequel le signal de porteuse est appliqué à la première résistance, à la seconde résistance ou à une cellule de batterie; une unité de commutation servant à connecter sélectivement la première résistance, la seconde résistance ou la cellule de batterie à l'unité de mesure d'impédance; et une unité de commande servant à calculer une résistance interne de la cellule de batterie sur la base d'une valeur d'impédance mesurée par l'unité de mesure d'impédance.

본 발명은 배터리셀 저항 측정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리셀 저항 측정 장치는, 제1 주파수 및 상기 제1 주파수와 다른 제2 주파수의 캐리어 신호를 생성하는 캐리어 신호 생성 모듈; 제1 저항 및 제1 저항과 다른 저항값을 가지는 제2 저항을 포함하는 저항부; 제1 저항, 제2 저항 및 배터리셀 중 어느 하나에 상기 캐리어 신호가 인가되는 상태에서, 해당 인가 대상의 양단의 임피던스를 측정하는 임피던스 측정부; 제1 저항, 제2 저항 및 배터리셀 중 어느 하나를 임피던스 측정부에 선택적으로 연결하는 스위칭부; 및 임피던스 측정부에 의하여 측정된 임피던스 값에 기초하여, 배터리셀의 내부 저항을 계산하는 제어부를 포함한다.
