Abstract

The present invention relates to a plasma sterilization module, comprising: a housing which is disposed on a flow path through which air flows, and having a first surface through which the air is introduced and a second surface, opposite to the first surface, through which the introduced air is discharged; a discharge electrode disposed in the housing; and a ground electrode disposed in the housing and spaced apart from the discharge electrode, wherein the discharge electrode is applied with a high voltage to generate a plasma discharge toward the ground electrode between the first surface and the second surface, and the discharge electrode and the ground electrode are disposed so as to allow air introduced into the first surface to directly pass through an area wherein the plasma discharge occurs, and be discharged to the second surface, thereby sterilizing microorganisms in the air.

La présente invention concerne un module de stérilisation par plasma, comprenant : un boîtier qui est disposé sur un trajet de circulation à travers lequel circule de l'air, et comportant une première surface à travers laquelle est introduit l'air et une seconde surface, opposée à la première surface, à travers laquelle est évacué l'air introduit ; une électrode de décharge disposée dans le boîtier ; et une électrode de masse disposée dans le boîtier et espacée de l'électrode de décharge, l'électrode de décharge faisant l'objet d'une application d'une haute tension pour générer une décharge de plasma vers l'électrode de masse entre la première surface et la seconde surface, et l'électrode de décharge et l'électrode de masse étant disposées de façon à permettre à l'air introduit dans la première surface de traverser directement une zone dans laquelle se produit la décharge de plasma, et d'être évacué vers la seconde surface, ce qui permet de stériliser des micro-organismes dans l'air.

본 발명은 공기가 유동하는 유로상에 배치되고 상기 공기가 유입되는 제1 면 및 제1 면에 대향되고 들어온 공기가 토출되는 제2 면이 개구된 하우징과, 하우징내에 배치되는 방전 전극 및 하우징내에 배치되고 방전 전극에 이격되게 배치되는 접지 전극을 포함하고, 방전 전극은 고전압이 인가되어 제1 면과 제2 면의 사아에서 접지 전극을 향하여 플라즈마 방전을 발생시키고, 방전 전극과 접지 전극은 제1 면으로 유입된 공기가 상기 플라즈마 방전이 발생하는 영역을 직접 통과하여 제2 면으로 토출되게 배치되어, 공기중의 미생물을 살균처리하는 플라즈마 살균 모듈에 관한 것이다.
