Abstract

A radiography and radiotherapy apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body unit; a gantry that can rotate around the body unit; a treatment table on which an object is placed and can slide toward holes formed in the body unit and the gantry, and which can move in the vertical direction; a gantry driving unit for rotating the gantry; a radiation emission unit which is mounted at the gantry and which emits radiation at the object; an image detector which is mounted at an opposing location on the gantry of the radiation emission unit, and which detects the radiation emitted from the radiation emission unit; and a beam stopper which is located at the lower end of the image detector, and which blocks the radiation. The radiation emission unit comprises: a radiation source for generating the radiation; a first collimator for blocking the radiation generated by the radiation source and determining a beam dispersion angle; a variable filter unit for adjusting the intensity of the radiation from the first collimator; an ion chamber for monitoring the dose of radiation from the filter unit; and a multi-leaf collimator for adjusting the dose distribution of radiation from the ion chamber.

Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un appareil de radiographie et de radiothérapie qui comprend : une unité de corps; un portique qui peut tourner autour de l'unité de corps; une table de traitement sur laquelle un objet est placé et peut coulisser vers des trous formés dans l'unité de corps et le portique, et qui peut se déplacer dans la direction verticale; une unité d'entraînement de portique pour faire tourner le portique; une unité d'émission de rayonnement qui est montée au niveau du portique et qui émet un rayonnement au niveau de l'objet; un détecteur d'image qui est monté à un emplacement opposé sur le portique de l'unité d'émission de rayonnement, et qui détecte le rayonnement émis par l'unité d'émission de rayonnement; et un obturateur de faisceau qui est situé à l'extrémité inférieure du détecteur d'image, et qui bloque le rayonnement. L'unité d'émission de rayonnement comprend : une source de rayonnement pour générer le rayonnement; un premier collimateur pour bloquer le rayonnement généré par la source de rayonnement et déterminer un angle de dispersion de faisceau; une unité de filtre variable pour régler l'intensité du rayonnement provenant du premier collimateur; une chambre d'ionisation pour surveiller la dose de rayonnement provenant de l'unité de filtre; et un collimateur multilame pour régler la distribution de dose de rayonnement provenant de la chambre d'ionisation.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방사선 촬영 및 치료 장치는, 몸체 유닛과; 상기 몸체 유닛에 대하여 회전 가능한 갠트리와; 대상체가 올려지며 상기 몸체 유닛 및 갠트리에 형성된 구멍을 향해 슬라이딩 할 수 있고 수직 방향으로 이동 가능한 치료대와; 상기 갠트리를 회전시키는 갠트리 구동부와; 상기 갠트리에 장착되고 대상체로 방사선을 조사하는 방사선 조사부와; 상기 방사선 조사부의 갠트리 상 대향 위치에 장착되고 상기 방사선 조사부에서 조사된 방사선을 검출하는 영상 검출기와; 상기 영상 검출기 하단에 위치하고 방사선을 차단하는 빔 스탑퍼를 포함한다. 상기 방사선 조사부는, 방사선을 발생시키는 방사선 소스와; 상기 방사선 소스에서 발생된 방사선을 차폐하고 빔 분산 각도를 결정하는 1차 콜리메이터와; 상기 1차 콜리메이터로부터의 방사선의 세기를 조절하는 가변 필터부와; 상기 필터부로부터의 방사선의 선량을 모니터링하는 이온 챔버와; 상기 이온 챔버로부터의 방사선의 선량 분포를 조절하는 다엽 콜리메이터를 포함한다.
