The present invention provides a structural steel that comprises, by weight%, 0.05-0.12% of C, 0.05-0.4% of Si, 1.0-2.0% of Mn, 0.01% or less of P, 0.003% or less of S, 0.015-0.04% of Sol.Al, 0.005-0.02% of Ti, 0.01% or less of Nb, 0.002-0.008% of N, and the remainder of Fe and unavoidable impurities, in which a microstructure contains, by area fraction, 90% or greater of polygonal ferrite and 10% or less of segmented pearlite as a second phase, and 2% or less of MA, wherein the polygonal ferrite includes 20-50% of polygonal ferrite having a grain size of 20 ㎛ or greater and 40-70% of polygonal ferrite having a grain size less than 20 ㎛.

La présente invention concerne un acier structural qui comprend, en % en poids, de 0,05 à 0,12 % de C, de 0,05 à 0,4 % de Si, de 1,0 à 2,0 % de Mn, 0,01 % ou moins de P, 0,003 % ou moins de S, de 0,015 à 0,04 % de Sol.Al, de 0,005 à 0,02 % de Ti, 0,01 % ou moins de Nb, de 0,002 à 0,008 % de N, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, dans lequel une microstructure contient, par fraction de surface, 90 % ou plus de ferrite polygonale et 10 % ou moins de perlite segmentée en tant que seconde phase, et 2 % ou moins de MA, la ferrite polygonale comprenant de 20 à 50 % de ferrite polygonale ayant une taille de grain de 20 µm ou plus et de 40 à 70 % de ferrite polygonale ayant une taille de grain inférieure à 20 µm.
