Disclosed are a video signal processing method and device for encoding or decoding a video signal. Specifically, the video signal processing method comprises: a step for deriving an intra prediction mode of a current block; a step for constructing a reference sample around the current block; a step for generating a prediction sample of the current block by using the reference sample on the basis of the intra prediction mode; and a step for restoring the current block on the basis of the prediction sample. The step for generating the prediction sample may comprise: a step for setting a filter flag value which specifies a filter coefficient of an interpolation filter applied to the reference sample on the basis of the width and height of the current block; and a step for performing filtering on the reference sample by using the interpolation filter having the filter coefficient specified by the filter flag.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement de signal vidéo permettant d'encoder ou de décoder un signal vidéo. Spécifiquement, le procédé de traitement de signal vidéo comprend : une étape consistant à dériver un mode d'intraprédiction d'un bloc actuel; une étape consistant à construire un échantillon de référence autour du bloc actuel; une étape consistant à produire un échantillon de prédiction du bloc actuel en utilisant l'échantillon de référence en fonction du mode d'intraprédiction; et une étape consistant à restaurer le bloc actuel en fonction de l'échantillon de prédiction. L'étape de production de l'échantillon de prédiction peut comprendre : une étape consistant à définir une valeur d'indicateur de filtre qui spécifie un coefficient de filtre d'un filtre d'interpolation appliqué à l'échantillon de référence en fonction de la largeur et de la hauteur du bloc actuel; et une étape consistant à effectuer un filtrage sur l'échantillon de référence en utilisant le filtre d'interpolation ayant le coefficient de filtre spécifié par l'indicateur de filtre.

비디오 신호를 인코딩하거나 디코딩하는 비디오 신호 처리 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 구체적으로, 비디오 신호 처리 방법에 있어서, 현재 블록의 인트라 예측 모드를 유도하는 단계; 상기 현재 블록 주변의 참조 샘플을 구성하는 단계; 상기 인트라 예측 모드에 기초하여 상기 참조 샘플을 이용하여 상기 현재 블록의 예측 샘플을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 예측 샘플에 기초하여 상기 현재 블록을 복원하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 예측 샘플을 생성하는 단계는, 상기 현재 블록의 너비 및 높이에 기초하여 상기 참조 샘플에 적용되는 보간 필터의 필터 계수를 특정하는 필터 플래그 값을 설정하는 단계; 및 상기 필터 플래그에 의해 특정되는 필터 계수를 갖는 보간 필터를 이용하여 상기 참조 샘플에 대한 필터링을 수행하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
