The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, more particularly, to a method and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: triggering PHR at a first time point; determining PH information of a cell on the basis of actual transmission or a reference format, on the basis of an UL scheduling status; and transmitting the PH information of the cell at a second time point, via a CG-based PUSCH, wherein the UL scheduling status comprises DCI reception from the first time point to a third time point which exists before the second time point, and a time interval between the third time point and the second time point is determined on the basis of a PUSCH processing time.

La présente invention concerne un système de communication sans fil et, plus particulièrement, un procédé et un appareil associé, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à: déclencher un PHR à un premier instant; déterminer des informations de PH d'une cellule sur la base d'une transmission réelle ou d'un format de référence, sur la base d'un état de planification UL; et transmettre les informations de PH de la cellule à un second instant, par l'intermédiaire d'un PUSCH à base de CG, l'état de planification UL comprenant une réception DCI du premier instant à un troisième instant qui existe avant le second instant, et un intervalle de temps entre le troisième instant et le deuxième instant est déterminé sur la base d'un temps de traitement de PUSCH.

본 발명은 무선 통신 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 PHR을 제1 시점에 트리거링 하는 단계; 및 UL 스케줄링 상태에 기반하여, 셀의 PH 정보를 실제 전송 또는 참조 포맷에 기반하여 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 셀의 PH 정보를 제2 시점에 CG-기반 PUSCH를 통해 전송하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 UL 스케줄링 상태는 상기 제1 시점으로부터 상기 제2 시점의 이전에 존재하는 제3 시점까지의 DCI 수신을 포함하며, 상기 제3 시점으로부터 상기 제2 시점까지의 시간 간격은 PUSCH 처리 시간에 기반하여 결정되는 방법 및 이를 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
