The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, more specifically, to a method and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: performing an RACH process; receiving configuration information related to the apparatus, on the basis of the RACH process; and transmitting PH information for a second cell through a CG-based PUSCH in a first cell, on the basis of the configuration information, wherein the PH information for the second cell is determined on the basis of real transmission or reference transmission on the basis of scheduling within a time window, and the end of the time window corresponds to "transmission time point of the CG-based PUSCH – a PUSCH processing time", and the PUSCH processing time is a parameter on the basis of terminal capability.

La présente invention concerne un système de communication sans fil et, plus spécifiquement, un procédé et un appareil associés. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : réaliser un processus RACH; recevoir des informations de configuration concernant l'appareil, sur la base du processus RACH; et émettre des informations PH pour une seconde cellule par le biais d'un PUSCH basé sur un CG dans une première cellule, sur la base des informations de configuration, les informations PH pour la seconde cellule étant déterminées sur la base d'une émission réelle ou d'une émission de référence sur la base d'une planification dans une fenêtre de temps, et la fin de la fenêtre de temps correspond à un « point d'émission du PUSCH sur la base d'un CG - un temps de traitement de PUSCH », et le temps de traitement de PUSCH est un paramètre sur la base de la capacité d'un terminal.

본 발명은 무선 통신 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 RACH 과정을 수행하는 단계; 상기 RACH 과정에 기반하여, 상기 장치와 관련된 구성 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및 상기 구성 정보에 기반하여, 제1 셀에서의 CG-기반 PUSCH를 통해 제2 셀에 대한 PH 정보를 전송하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제2 셀에 대한 PH 정보는 시간 윈도우 내의 스케줄링에 기반하여 실제 전송 또는 참조 전송에 기반하여 결정되고, 상기 시간 윈도우의 끝은 '상기 CG-기반 PUSCH의 전송 시점 - PUSCH 처리 시간'에 대응하며, 상기 PUSCH 처리 시간은 단말 능력에 기반하는 변수인 방법 및 이를 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
