A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises, by weight percentage: Si: 1.0 to 7.0%; Mn: 0.5% or less (excluding 0%); Al: 0.005% or less (excluding 0%); S: 0.0055% or less (excluding 0%); at least one of Ba and Y: 0.005 to 0.5%; at least one of Sn: 0.02 to 0.15%, Sb: 0.01 to 0.08%, and Ni: 0.02 to 0.5%; and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities.

L'invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, une tôle électrique à grains orientés comprenant, en pourcentage en poids : Si : 1,0 à 7,0 % ; Mn : 0,5% ou moins (à l'exclusion de 0 %) ; Al : 0,005 % ou moins (à l'exclusion de 0 %) ; S : 0,0055 % ou moins (à l'exclusion de 0 %) ; au moins un élément parmi Ba et Y : 0,005 À 0,5 % ; au moins un élément parmi Sn : 0,02 à 0,15 %, Sb : 0,01 À 0,08 %, et Ni : 0,02 À 0,5 % ; et le reste est du Fe et des impuretés inévitables.
