A three-dimensional (3D) mirror is provided that includes a glass substrate with a first major surface, a second major surface opposite to the first major surface, and a minor surface connecting the first and second major surfaces. The 3D mirror also includes a reflective layer on the first major surface of the glass substrate. The first major surface comprises an aspheric curvature and a reverse curvature that is disposed in a reverse curve region of the glass substrate. The first major surface has a surface roughness Ra in the reverse curve region of about 3 nm or less, and a peak to valley (PV) surface roughness in the reverse curve region of about 30 nm or less.

L'invention concerne un miroir tridimensionnel (3D) qui comprend un substrat en verre ayant une première surface principale, une seconde surface principale opposée à la première surface principale, et une surface mineure reliant les première et seconde surfaces principales. Le miroir 3D comprend également une couche réfléchissante sur la première surface principale du substrat en verre. La première surface principale comprend une courbure asphérique et une courbure inverse qui est disposée dans une région de courbe inverse du substrat en verre. La première surface principale a une rugosité de surface Ra dans la région de courbe inverse d'environ 3 nm ou moins, et une rugosité de surface de pic à vallée (PV) dans la région de courbe inverse d'environ 30 nm ou moins.
