The present invention is for providing an apparatus for monitoring adhesive carbon of a coke oven coking chamber, whereby adhesive carbon in a coking chamber of a coke oven may be monitored. The apparatus for monitoring adhesive carbon of a coke oven coking chamber, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a pusher-side image acquisition unit for acquiring and image-processing an image of the inside of a pusher-side of a coking chamber, and detecting the thickness of adhesive carbon on the pusher-side according to a change in the brightness of the edge of the adhesive carbon shape of the image-processed image; a coke-side image acquisition unit for acquiring and image-processing an image of the inside of a coke-side, which is in the opposite direction from the pusher-side, of the coking chamber, and detecting the thickness of adhesive carbon on the coke-side according to a change in the brightness of the edge of the adhesive carbon shape of the image-processed image; and a monitoring unit for monitoring the adhesive carbon in the coking chamber by integrating information of the pusher-side image acquisition unit and the coke-side image acquisition unit.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de surveillance de carbone adhésif d'une chambre de cokéfaction de four à coke, ce qui permet de surveiller le carbone adhésif dans une chambre de cokéfaction d'un four à coke. L'appareil de surveillance de carbone adhésif d'une chambre de cokéfaction de four à coke, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, peut comprendre : une unité d'acquisition d'image côté poussoir servant à acquérir une image de l'intérieur d'un côté poussoir d'une chambre de cokéfaction et à lui appliquer un traitement d'image, et à détecter l'épaisseur de carbone adhésif du côté poussoir conformément à une variation de la luminosité du contour de la forme de carbone adhésif de l'image ayant fait l'objet d'un traitement d'image ; une unité d'acquisition d'image côté coke servant à acquérir une image de l'intérieur d'un côté coke et à lui appliquer un traitement d'image, qui est dans la direction opposée par rapport au côté poussoir, de la chambre de cokéfaction, et à détecter l'épaisseur de carbone adhésif sur le côté coke conformément à une variation de la luminosité du contour de la forme de carbone adhésif de l'image ayant fait l'objet d'un traitement d'image ; et une unité de surveillance servant à surveiller le carbone adhésif dans la chambre de cokéfaction en intégrant des informations de l'unité d'acquisition d'image côté poussoir et de l'unité d'acquisition d'image côté coke.

본 발명은, 코크스 오븐의 탄화실 내 부착 카본을 모니터링할 수 있는 코크스 오븐 탄화실 부착 카본 모니터링 장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 코크스 오븐 탄화실 부착 카본 모니터링 장치는 압출측(Pusher Side) 탄화실 내의 이미지를 획득하여 영상처리하고, 영상 처리된 이미지의 부착 카본 형상의 에지의 밝기 변화에 따라 압출측의 부착 카본의 두께를 검출하는 압출측 이미지 획득부, 상기 압출측의 반대 방향인 코크측(Coke Side) 탄화실 내의 이미지를 획득하여 영상처리하고, 영상 처리된 이미지의 부착 카본 형상의 에지의 밝기 변화에 따라 코크측의 부착 카본의 두께를 검출하는 코크측 이미지 획득부, 상기 압출측 이미지 획득부와 상기 코크측 이미지 획득부의 정보를 통합하여 탄화실 내의 부착 카본을 모니터링하는 모니터링부를 포함할 수 있다.
