Abstract

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for providing recommendations for maintaining a healthy lifestyle basing on user's daily activity parameters automatically tracked in real time, comprising the steps of: measuring automatically the user's daily activity parameters, including periods of physical activity, changes in blood glucose level, and data of a food intake; building a physiological model basing on the measured change in the user's blood glucose level to determine an individual response of the user to food intake; training a machine learning algorithm to estimate the user's daily activity basing on the measured parameters of the user's daily activity, the determined individual response of the user and a predefined user profile containing the user's gender, age, height and weight; generating recommendations for maintaining of the user's healthy lifestyle basing on estimation of the user's daily activity received as a result of using the machine learning algorithm; and displaying generated recommendations to the user.

Selon un premier aspect de la présente invention, l'invention concerne un procédé pour fournir des recommandations afin de maintenir un style de vie sain en se basant sur des paramètres d'activité quotidienne de l'utilisateur suivis automatiquement en temps réel, comprenant les étapes consistant à : mesurer automatiquement les paramètres d'activité quotidienne de l'utilisateur, comprenant des périodes d'activité physique, des changements du taux de glucose sanguin et des données d'un apport alimentaire ; construire un modèle physiologique en se basant sur le changement mesuré dans le taux de glucose sanguin de l'utilisateur pour déterminer une réponse individuelle de l'utilisateur à l'apport alimentaire ; apprendre un algorithme d'apprentissage automatique pour estimer l'activité quotidienne de l'utilisateur sur la base des paramètres mesurés de l'activité quotidienne de l'utilisateur, de la réponse individuelle déterminée de l'utilisateur et d'un profil d'utilisateur prédéfini contenant le sexe de l'utilisateur, l'âge, la hauteur et le poids ; générer des recommandations pour maintenir le style de vie sain de l'utilisateur sur la base d'une estimation de l'activité quotidienne de l'utilisateur reçue suite à l'utilisation de l'algorithme d'apprentissage automatique ; et afficher des recommandations générées à l'utilisateur.
