Disclosed in an embodiment is a method for manufacturing a rare earth magnet, comprising the steps of: preparing a magnet sintered body comprising RE, Fe and B as components (RE is at least one selected from rare earth elements); coating the sintered body with a solution containing a grain boundary diffusion material; and performing heat treatment on the sintered body so as to perform grain boundary diffusion on same, wherein the grain boundary diffusion material comprises a heavy rare earth element (HREE) hydride and a light rare earth element (LREE) hydride.

Dans un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aimant à terre rare, comprenant les étapes suivantes : préparation d'un corps fritté d'aimant comprenant TR, Fe et B en tant que constituants (TR désignant au moins un élément choisi parmi des éléments de terres rares) ; l'enrobage du corps fritté par une solution contenant une matière de diffusion intergranulaire ; et la réalisation d'un traitement thermique sur le corps fritté, de façon à effectuer une diffusion intergranulaire sur celui-ci, le matériau de diffusion intergranulaire comprenant un hydrure lourd d'élément de terre rare (HREE) et un hydrure léger d'élément de terre rare (LREE).

실시 예는 RE, Fe, B를 조성 성분으로 포함하는 자석 소결체를 준비하는 단계(RE는 희토류로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상 선택됨); 상기 소결체에 입계 확산 물질을 함유한 용액을 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 소결체를 열처리하여 입계 확산시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 입계 확산 물질은 중희토(HREE) 수소화합물 및 경희토(LREE) 수소화합물을 포함하는 희토류 자석 제조방법을 개시한다.
