The present invention provides a method for preparing a silica aerogel, comprising: a step of preparing a reactant by adding a basic catalyst to a first silica precursor solution; a primary gelation step of forming a gel precursor by stirring the reactant; a step of injecting a second silica precursor solution into a fiber; and a second gelation step of injecting the gel precursor into the fiber into which the second silica precursor solution has been injected, and then forming a silica aerogel.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un aérogel de silice, comprenant : une étape de préparation d'un réactif par ajout d'un catalyseur basique à une première solution de précurseur de silice ; une étape de gélification primaire consistant à former un précurseur de gel par agitation du réactif ; une étape d'injection d'une seconde solution de précurseur de silice dans une fibre ; et une seconde étape de gélification consistant à injecter le précurseur de gel dans la fibre dans laquelle la seconde solution de précurseur de silice a été injectée, puis à former un aérogel de silice.

본 발명은, 제1실리카 전구체 용액에 염기성 촉매를 첨가하여 반응물을 준비하는 단계; 상기 반응물을 교반하여 겔 전구체를 형성하는 1차 겔화 단계; 제2실리카 전구체 용액을 섬유에 투입하는 단계; 및 상기 제2실리카 전구체 용액이 투입된 섬유에 상기 겔 전구체를 투입한 후 실리카 에어로겔을 형성하는 2차 겔화 단계;를 포함하는 실리카 에어로겔의 제조방법을 제공한다.
