The present invention relates to a pipe-type chamber apparatus for an internal pressure test, the pipe-type chamber apparatus comprising: a chamber body having a pipe shape which is continuously connected and installed through flanges at opposite ends, wherein the chamber body accommodates a specimen having a certain length in a pressure-resistant space formed therein; a first closing cap and a second closing cap which respectively close the opposite ends of the chamber body; a water supply/discharge valve which is connected to the lower circumference, to which the first closing cap is coupled, of the chamber body and supplies/discharges water to/from the pressure-resistant space; an air vent which is connected to the upper circumference, to which the second closing cap is coupled, of the chamber body and discharges air accommodated in the chamber body through the water supplied through the water supply/discharge valve; a check valve which is connected to a side of the circumference of the chamber body, to which the first closing cap is coupled, and supplies high-pressure water to the pressure-resistant space of the chamber body; an underwater connector which is provided on the first closing cap to connect a cable for power supply and data transmission to underwater observation equipment and underwater measurement equipment installed in the pressure-resistant space of the chamber body; and a pressure gauge which is connected to the upper circumference, to which the first closing cap is coupled, of the chamber body and measures a pressure in the pressure-resistant space according to the high-pressure water supplied through the check valve. The pipe-type chamber apparatus is used under the condition of a maximum operating pressure of 600 bar to measure whether there is damage and deformation, and to measure performance of a specimen having certain length, such as a pressure-resistant structure, underwater equipment, etc. by testing the specimen.

La présente invention concerne une chambre de type tuyau destinée à un test de pression interne, la chambre de type tuyau comprenant: un corps ayant une forme de tuyau qui est raccordé et installé de façon continu au moyen de brides à des extrémités opposées, le corps de chambre recevant un échantillon d'une certaine longueur dans un espace résistant à la pression formé à l'intérieur de celui-ci; un premier bouchon de fermeture et un second bouchon de fermeture qui ferment respectivement les extrémités opposées du corps de chambre; une soupape d'alimentation/évacuation d'eau qui est reliée à la circonférence inférieure, à laquelle le premier bouchon de fermeture est accouplé, du corps de chambre et achemine/évacue l'eau vers/depuis l'espace résistant à la pression; un évent qui est relié à la circonférence supérieure, à laquelle le second bouchon de fermeture est accouplé, du corps de chambre et évacue l'air reçu dans le corps de chambre par l'intermédiaire de l'eau fournie par la soupape d'alimentation/évacuation d'eau; un clapet de non-retour qui est relié à un côté de la circonférence du corps de chambre, auquel le premier bouchon de fermeture est accouplé, et fournit de l'eau à haute pression à l'espace résistant à la pression du corps de chambre; un connecteur sous-marin qui est disposé sur le premier bouchon de fermeture pour connecter un câble en vue d'une alimentation électrique et d'une transmission de données à un équipement d'observation sous-marin et à un équipement de mesure sous-marin installés dans l'espace résistant à la pression du corps de chambre; et une jauge de pression qui est reliée à la circonférence supérieure, à laquelle le premier bouchon de fermeture est accouplé, du corps de chambre et mesure une pression dans l'espace résistant à la pression en fonction de l'eau à haute pression fournie par le clapet de non-retour. La chambre de type tuyau est utilisée sous la condition d'une pression de fonctionnement maximale de 600 bars pour évaluer s'il y a un endommagement et une déformation, et pour mesurer la performance d'un échantillon ayant une certaine longueur, telle qu'une structure résistant à la pression, un équipement sous-marin, etc. en testant l'échantillon.

본 발명은 파이프형 내압시험용 챔버장치에 관한 것으로, 양 단에 형성된 플랜지를 통해 연속적으로 연결 설치되는 파이프 형상으로 내부에 형성된 내압공간으로 소정의 길이를 갖는 시편이 수용되는 챔버본체와; 상기 챔버본체의 양 끝을 각각 마감하는 제1마감캡 및 제2마감캡와; 상기 제1마감캡가 결합되는 상기 챔버본체의 둘레 하측에 연결되어 내압공간으로 물을 공급/배수하는 급배수밸브와; 상기 제2마감캡가 결합되는 상기 챔버본체의 둘레 상측에 연결되어 상기 급배수밸브를 통해 공급되는 물에 의해 내부에 수용된 공기를 배출하는 에어벤트와; 상기 제1마감캡가 결합되는 상기 챔버본체의 둘레 일측에 연결되어 상기 챔버본체의 내압공간에 고압수를 공급하는 역지밸브와; 상기 제1마감캡에 구비되어 상기 챔버본체의 내압공간에 설치되어 있는 수중관측장비 및 수중측정장비에 전원 공급 및 테이터 전송을 위한 케이블을 연결하는 수중커넥터와; 상기 제1마감캡가 결합되는 상기 챔버본체의 둘레 상측에 연결되어 상기 역지밸브를 통해 공급되는 고압수에 따른 내압공간의 압력을 측정하는 압력게이지를 포함하는 구성으로 운전압력이 최대 600 bar의 조건 하에서 사용하되 소정의 길이를 갖는 내압구조물 및 수중장비 등의 시편을 시험하여 파손 및 변형 여부와 성능을 계측할 수 있는 파이프형 내압시험용 챔버장치에 관한 것이다.
