The present invention provides a method for synthesizing a prehydrolyzed polysilicate, wherein a polysilicate is used as a reactant in the synthesis of the prehydrolyzed polysilicate, and the total amount of water added in the reaction system is specified. Unlike conventional synthetic methods, in which an alkoxysilane-based monomer compound is used as a reactant, the use of a polysilicate as a reactant makes it possible to omit a condensation reaction, and thus the synthesis time can be significantly reduced, and production costs can also be reduced. Moreover, according to the synthetic method of the present invention, gelation reaction time and weight average molecular weight can be easily controlled, and a prehydrolyzed polysilicate having excellent storage stability and processability can be synthesized.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un polysilicate pré-hydrolysé, un polysilicate étant utilisé en tant que réactif dans la synthèse du polysilicate pré-hydrolysé, et la quantité totale d'eau ajoutée dans le système de réaction étant spécifiée. Contrairement aux procédés de synthèse classiques, dans lesquels un composé monomère à base d'alcoxysilane est utilisé en tant que réactif, l'utilisation d'un polysilicate en tant que réactif permet d'omettre une réaction de condensation, ce qui permet de réduire significativement le temps de synthèse, et de diminuer les coûts de production. De plus, selon le procédé de synthèse de la présente invention, le temps de réaction de gélification et la masse moléculaire moyenne en poids peuvent être facilement contrôlés, et un polysilicate pré-hydrolysé ayant une excellente stabilité au stockage et une excellente aptitude au traitement peut être synthétisé.

본 발명은 전가수분해된 폴리실리케이트 합성 시 반응물로 폴리실리케이트를 적용하고, 반응계 내 총 첨가되는 물의 양을 특정한 전가수분해된 폴리실리케이트 합성방법을 제공하고, 반응물로 폴리실리케이트를 적용함으로써, 기존의 알콕시실란계 단량체 화합물을 반응물로 사용한 합성방법과 달리 축합 반응을 생략할 수 있어 합성 시간을 현저히 단축시킬 수 있고, 제조 비용을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 합성방법에 의하는 경우, 겔화 반응 시간 및 중량평균분자량의 제어가 용이하고, 저장 안정성 및 가공성이 우수한 전가수분해된 폴리실리케이트를 합성할 수 있다.
