A communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The method and system may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services in an a system information (SI) transmission in a cell supporting multiple uplink (UL) carriers.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant de faire converger un système de communication de cinquième génération (5G) afin de prendre en charge des débits de données supérieurs à ceux d’un système de quatrième génération (4G) à l'aide d'une technologie destinée à l’internet des Objets (IdO). La présente invention peut être appliquée à des services intelligents basés sur la technologie de communication 5G et sur la technologie liée à l'IdO, tels que des services de maison intelligente, de bâtiment intelligent, de ville intelligente, de voiture intelligente, de voiture connectée, de soins de santé, d'éducation numérique, de commerce connecté, de sûreté et de sécurité dans une cellules prenant en charge des supports de liaison montante (UL).
