A method for providing a diagnostic system using semi-supervised learning, and a system therefor are disclosed. The method for providing a diagnostic system using semi-supervised learning comprises: a step in which a diagnostic system learned through a neural network on the basis of supervised learning receives predetermined input data and outputs a diagnostic result for the input data; a step in which the diagnostic system generates automatic annotation learning data including the input data annotated as the diagnostic result; and a step in which the diagnostic system performs a re-learning process by using the generated automatic annotation learning data.

Un procédé pour fournir un service de diagnostic utilisant l'apprentissage semi-supervisé, ainsi qu'un dispositif associé sont divulgués. Le procédé pour fournir un système de diagnostic utilisant l'apprentissage semi-supervisé comprend : une étape dans laquelle un système de diagnostic appris à travers un réseau neuronal sur la base de l'apprentissage supervisé reçoit des données d'entrée prédéterminées et délivre en sortie un résultat de diagnostic pour les données d'entrée ; une étape dans laquelle le système de diagnostic génère des données d'apprentissage d'annotation automatique comprenant les données d'entrée annotées en tant que résultat de diagnostic; et une étape dans laquelle le système de diagnostic conduit un processus de ré-apprentissage en utilisant les données d'apprentissage d'annotation automatique générées.

세미 슈퍼바이즈드 학습을 이용한 진단 시스템 제공방법 및 그 시스템이 개시된다. 상기 세미 슈퍼바이즈드 학습을 이용한 진단 시스템 제공방법은 지도학습기반의 뉴럴 네트워크를 통해 학습된 진단 시스템이 소정의 입력 데이터를 입력 받고, 상기 입력 데이터에 대한 진단 결과를 출력하는 단계, 상기 진단 시스템이 상기 진단 결과로 어노테이션된 상기 입력 데이터를 포함하는 자동 어노테이션 학습 데이터를 생성하는 단계, 및 상기 진단 시스템이 생성된 상기 자동 어노테이션 학습 데이터를 이용하여 재학습 프로세스를 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
