An image decoding method according to the present document may include: a step for determining whether a current block is a dual-tree type in which individual division structures are applied to a luma component block and a chroma component block of the current block; a step for determining whether the current block is the luma component block to which the dual-tree type is applied, when the current block is determined to be the dual-tree type; a step for parsing a transform skip flag indicating whether a transform skip is applied to the luma component block, when the current block is the luma component block; a step for deriving whether a transform skip is applied to the chroma component block according to a preset condition, when the current block is not the luma component block; and a step for deriving a residual sample on the basis of the transform skip flag and residual information on the current block.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de décodage d'image pouvant comprendre : une étape consistant à déterminer si un bloc actuel est un type à double arborescence dans lequel des structures de division individuelles sont appliquées à un bloc de composante de luminance et à un bloc de composante de chrominance du bloc actuel; une étape consistant à déterminer, lorsqu'il est déterminé que le bloc actuel est le type à double arborescence, si le bloc actuel est le bloc de composante de luminance auquel le type à double arborescence est appliqué; une étape consistant à analyser, lorsque le bloc actuel est le bloc de composante de luminance, un drapeau de saut de transformée indiquant si un saut de transformée est appliqué au bloc de composante de luminance; une étape consistant à déduire, lorsque le bloc actuel n'est pas le bloc de composante de luminance, si un saut de transformée est appliqué au bloc de composante de chrominance selon une condition prédéfinie; et une étape consistant à déduire un échantillon résiduel sur la base du drapeau de saut de transformée et des informations résiduelles sur le bloc actuel.

본 문서에 따른 영상 디코딩 방법은 현재 블록의 휘도 성분 블록 및 색차 성분 블록에 대하여 개별적인 분할 구조가 적용되는 듀얼 트리 타입인지 여부를 판단하는 단계와; 판단 결과, 상기 현재 블록이 듀얼 트리 타입이면, 상기 현재 블록이 듀얼 트리 타입이 적용되는 휘도 성분 블록인지 여부를 판단하는 단계와; 상기 현재 블록이 상기 휘도 성분 블록이면 상기 휘도 성분 블록에 변환 스킵이 적용되는지 여부를 지시하는 변환 스킵 플래그를 파싱하는 단계와; 상기 현재 블록이 상기 휘도 성분 블록이 아니면, 기설정된 조건에 따라 상기 색차 성분 블록에 변환 스킵이 적용되는지 여부를 도출하는 단계와; 상기 변환 스킵 플래그 및 상기 현재 블록에 대한 레지듀얼 정보에 기초하여 레지듀얼 샘플을 도출하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
